What to do if you have lost your Exam Certificates

Schools are only required to retain uncollected exam certificates for 1 year from date of issue, however FBA keep uncollected certificates for up to 6 years.

If you have lost your certificates or did not collect them, and left FBA over 6 years ago you will need to contact the awarding bodies to get a certified statement of results, this cannot be issued by the school.

Please be aware they will charge for this service and you will need the school centre number which is 12837.
