Guide to the SIMS App Registration
Step 1 – Check your email. If you can’t see the following in your main inbox, check your Junk/Spam folder. If you still can’t, you can request a code at the bottom of this page.
Step 2 – Choose the account you will use to register with the SIMS app. It is recommended to ignore the first option, SIMS ID, as you are unlikely to have one.
The best recommendation is to use your facebook , Google (gmail), Apple or Microsoft account if you have one.
If you don’t have any account described above, your best option is to create a Microsoft account by clicking here, using your own email.
Once you have decided which account you will use, click ‘Accept Invitation’ in the email you received (Step 1), and select it in the list.
Step 3 (this step will be skipped if you are already logged on to the service you choose on your phone/computer) – You will be redirected to your chosen way of logging in, where you can use your existing credential for the relevant account.
Step 4 – Make sure your Code (received in the email above) is entered correctly, and click ‘Register’.
You may then be asked to confirm your own date of birth.
All steps have now been completed, you are registered! You can access the portal online via sims-parent.co.uk or by using the app (links included in the email you received).
To log in, simply select the account you used to register (Facebook, Google, Microsoft or Apple).
