At Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls we have a successful history of training the next generation of teachers. Many of our current teaching staff have been trained through the school teacher training partnerships with ‘Essex Schools ITT’ and ‘Havering Teacher Training Partnership’. We work with many trainees through our partnerships as their A or B placement and we are always keen to hear from potential candidates wanting to train to teach.
As a school we are committed to attracting, training and developing both graduates and career changers through the partnerships to enable trainee teachers to reach excellence in the classroom by giving them the support, guidance and skills to unlock their full potential. We aim to ensure that trainee teachers are ready for the reality of teaching and fully equipped to have a long, rewarding and happy career.
